I started Old Salem Solutions because I kept seeing the same thing inside good local businesses: solid owners doing solid work, held back by a website that undersold them, customer details scattered across phones and notebooks, and follow-up that slipped whenever things got busy.
After twenty years working with the tools behind these operations, I know which fixes actually move a business and which ones only look impressive in a demo. The plan is to bring that to owners here in London, without the jargon and without the overbuilt systems nobody ends up using.
In practice that means starting with how your business already runs, naming what is slowing it down, and building the pieces that help it operate with more clarity, built to fit how you already work and clear enough to explain to the next person you hire.
